The People & Pets Together pet food shelf provides dog food, cat food, cat litter (when available), and other pet care items, such as toys, leashes and collars, to people who are on government assistance or meet income guidelines, and who live in our service area. We may also have a limited supply of food for birds, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits and other companion animals. We provide food for up to 4 pets per household (City of Minneapolis limit).
Our current focus is to serve people who live in the greater Powderhorn and Phillips neighborhoods of Minneapolis. People who live outside of our service area are welcome to come in for a one-time, one-month supply of pet food.
