There are plenty of people filling out pet resumes for prospective landlords. This is a great way to let your landlord know that you are serious, responsible, and dedicated pet owner. Some of the information you will see on the following pages are the same things you’d want to be able to provide to your landlord, including references, vet records, your pet’s age/activity level and how you meet those needs, any training courses your pet has had, and a few things about your pet’s personality.

Pet restrictions are listed right next to the apartment name so you can see immediately if they accept dogs over or under 50 lbs. This site also gives access to pet-friendly roommates, whether you are looking to rent or you have a room for rent.

Great search engine for available apartments, search by neighborhood, price, and size. Individual property listings include which pets are allowed.
Click on “Search” at the top; your choices will include “dogs allowed” and “cats allowed.”
My New Place
Search for your city, then select the pet option from the pull-down menus at the top of the page.
